I handcraft and carefully pack each piece myself to ensure it arrives safely. Orders ship within 5–7 business days via insured ground shipping. Larger items such as wall hangings may require additional handling time and specialized packaging. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.
Returns
Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind handmade original, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos and I will arrange a replacement or full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
